Refund policy

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned with all original tags attached.

How It Works

1. Submit your return request using the form. You'll need your order number and the email address used at checkout.
2. We'll review your request within 2 working days and send you an approval email.
3. Once approved, complete the returns form included in your parcel, pack it with your item, and send it back to us.
4. Your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 working days of us receiving the item.
